The documents evidencing or securing the First Mortgage Loan are collectively referred to herein as the <br />First ~fortgage Loan Documents. <br /> <br />This Mortgage secures to Lender the repayment of the debt evidenced by the Note. For this purpose, Borrower <br />irrevocably mortgages, grants and conveys to Lender and Lender's successors and assigns, with power of sale, subject <br />to the rights of Senior Lien Holder under the First Mortgage, the following property, to-wit: <br /> <br />The West Half (WI/2) of Lot Twelve (12) of Island Acres being a Subdivision of part of the West Half of the <br />SO'lthwest Qt1arter cy.T1/2 SW1/4) of Section Eight (8) ~nd part of Lot Two (2) of Section Seven (7); all in Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 61h PM, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br /> <br />(which has the address of: 3020 W 141h St, Grand Island, NE 68803 ), <br />to have and to hold this property unto Lender and Lendets successors and assigns, torever, aU the improvements now <br />or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the <br />propetty. All replacements and additions sliall also be covered by tIns Mottgage.
