<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust and Disclaimer
<br />of Homestead above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lots One (1) and Six (6) Island, and the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NWI/4 NEI/4) of Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th PM., Hall County, Nebraska, except the Railroad Right of Way;
<br />Except a Tract More Particularly Described in Survivorship Warranty Deed Recorded
<br />As Document No. 96-100850 and Except a Tract More Particularly Described in
<br />Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed Recorded as Document No. 200511251

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
