<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the DEEDS OF TRUST, executed by MILLENNIUM MANAGEMENT
<br />GROUP, A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP, as Trustor, to Great Western Bank, as Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of Great Western Bank, the beneficiary named therein, dated DECEMBER 13, 1999 and recorded on DECEMBER 14, 1999 as
<br />INST #0099111789, of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds, HALL County, Nebraska, have been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the
<br />endorsement below.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Benet1ciary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release, quitclaim and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to said Trust by or through said Trust Deed in the property legally
<br />described as follows:

<br />LOT FIVE (5), IN BLOCK EIGHTEEN (18), IN ARNOLD AND ABBOTT'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />This Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express understanding and condition that it shall in no way affect the other property
<br />described in the said Deed of Trust, which property shall remain subject to the said Deed of Trust.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Trustee has executed this Deed of Reconveyance on JUNE 25, 2007.
