Castleberry, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 12, 2002 as <br />Instrument No. 0200213853, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT TWELVE (12), IN BLOCK "C", IN PARKVIEW SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust.
