A ). 200705970 DURABLE FINANCIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THA T I, PHYLLIS JULEEN REI-IER, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint Jerrilynn Haussler as my true and lawful attorney ("Agent") for me and in my name, place and stead. In the event the above named Agent dies, becomes incapacitated or withdraws, then I hereby name and appoint Joyann Govin as my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, place and stead. Any person dealing with a successor agent may rely on the affidavit ofthat successor that all of the predecessor agents have died, become incompetent or withdrawn. This is a Durable Power of Attorney and it shall continue in full force and effect during my lifetime notwithstanding any physical or mental disability I may have. I retain the right to revoke this Power of Attorney.
