In the event the above named Agent dies, becomes <br />incapacitated or withdraws, then I hereby name and appoint Joyann Govin as my true and lawful <br />attorney for me and in my name, place and stead. Any person dealing with a successor agent may rely <br />on the affidavit ofthat successor that all of the predecessor agents have died, become incompetent or <br />withdrawn. <br /> <br />This is a Durable Power of Attorney and it shall continue in full force and effect during my <br />lifetime notwithstanding any physical or mental disability I may have.
