Said Deed of Trust was <br />assigned to Washington Mutual Bank, FA on March 11, 2002 and <br />recorded on May 17, 2002 as Instrument No. 200205305; assignment <br />re-recorded June 14, 2002 as Instrument No. 200206354 in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of <br />Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes.
