<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated November 23, 2005 and recorded in the Real Estate Records
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Document #200512107 GRAND ISLAND MUSIC, INC., (a
<br />Nebraska Coporation) did convey certain real estate therein described in trust unto Arend R.
<br />Baack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of AXIS Capital, INC., therein referred to as
<br />Beneficiary;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has
<br />received written request by such Beneficiary to re-convey the trust property from the
<br />Beneficiary;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity as Trustee under the
<br />above-described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness evidenced by such Trust Deed received from Grantees, does hereby release and re-
<br />confirm unto the person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following
<br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />DOCUMENT #200007698 AT HALL COUNTY REGISTERED OF
<br />DEEDS
<br />
<br />to have and to hold the above-described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantees and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns
<br />forever.
