Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Todd A. Holen and Shelly M. <br />Holen, husband and wife, as joint tenants, as Trustors, in which New Century Mortgage Corporation is <br />named as Beneficiary and Gary D. Byrne, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association is the <br />Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record July 25, 2005 and recorded in the records of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 02005-07072. <br /> <br />On or about August 29, 2006, New Century Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of <br />its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as <br />Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-4.
