<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by
<br />the Deed of Trust executed by Wanda M Wolfe, A Single Person, to Kearney State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, Trustee, for the benefit of Keamey State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, Beneficiary named therein, said Deed of Trust being dated August 15,
<br />2005 and recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />December 5, 2005 in Roll-- Page -- or Inst.#0200511903 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by
<br />these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Real Estate Deed
