<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DOUGLAS J REDMAN AND NANETTE
<br />REDMAN. HUSBAND AND WIFE , as trustor, to Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal
<br />Savings Bank of Grand Island, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated NOVEMBER 3.2005 AND APRIL 13.2007
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No.
<br />200511082 AND 200703219 , has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
