<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 19,2004, executed by Hastings Ventures, a
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200402542, at the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 16th day of March, 2004, and
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br />A Tract of land located in the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Two, Township
<br />Eleven North, Range Ten West of the 6th P.M. in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Commencing on the Southwest corner of the West Half of
<br />the Southeast Quarter of Section Two, Township Eleven North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence on a record bearing of NOoo07'47"E,
<br />along the West line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 407.00 feet to the
<br />point of beginning; thence continuing Northerly along the last described course, to the Southwest
<br />corner of Woodland Park Third Subdivision, a distance of 578.24 feet, thence S88028'08"E, along
<br />the South line of Woodland Park Third Subdivision, a distance of 350.02 feet; thence
<br />SOoo07'47"W a distance of 577.51 feet; thence N88035'18"W a distance of 350.00 feet to the
<br />West line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter, said point being the point of beginning.
<br />Said tract contains 202,204.14 square feet or 4.64 acres.

<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004, recorded as
<br />Document #0200402542 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 19th day of February, 2004,
<br />shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 20th day of June, 2007.
