<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated May 30, 1997, executed by Robert S. Bemis and Laura C.
<br />Bemis, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document # 97-104344 on the 3rd day of June, 1997, and a
<br />Modification Of Deed of Trust dated September 1, 2000 executed by Robert S. Bemis and
<br />Laura C. Bemis, husband and wife, which was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200007484 on the 12th day of September,
<br />2000, and a Modification Of Deed of Trust dated August 29, 2003 executed by Robert S.
<br />Bemis and Laura C. Bemis, husband and wife, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200312405 on the 17th day of
<br />September, 2003, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOT THREE (3) IN BLOCK SEVEN (7), IN WOODBINE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
