Bemis and Laura C. <br />Bemis, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Document # 97-104344 on the 3rd day of June, 1997, and a <br />Modification Of Deed of Trust dated September 1, 2000 executed by Robert S. Bemis and <br />Laura C. Bemis, husband and wife, which was recorded in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200007484 on the 12th day of September, <br />2000, and a Modification Of Deed of Trust dated August 29, 2003 executed by Robert S. <br />Bemis and Laura C.
