<br />EDWARD M KLIMEK. A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, fOT
<br />the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JANUARY 8. 2007 and recorded
<br />JANUARY 19.2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200700466 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
