<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on June 7, 2006, as
<br />Document number 0200605120, in Book N/A, at Page N/A in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, by STANLEY
<br />AGUILAR JR, AND ROSE M AGUILAR, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHT OF
<br />SURVIVORSHIP, AND NOT AS TENANTS IN COMMON, as Trustors, in which MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRA nON SYSTEMS, INC., is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, and the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure
<br />to make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness
