<br />AGUILAR JR, AND ROSE M AGUILAR, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHT OF
<br />SURVIVORSHIP, AND NOT AS TENANTS IN COMMON, as Trustors, in which MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRA nON SYSTEMS, INC., is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for
