<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE-PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust, hereinafter called the "Trust Deed," executed by Billy D
<br />Bellairs and Marjorie F Bellairs, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated the 1st day of November, 2006, the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, a.s instrument no.
<br />200610271, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that
<br />this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance
<br />with the request of the Beneficiary names in the Trust Deed, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise,
<br />released, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto,
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real property(as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001) only:
<br />
<br />Lot 5 and the Westerly 16 feet of Lot 6, all being in
<br />Block 18, in Kernohan and Decker's addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
