<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Joseph Jay Vavricek and Janet Ruth Vavricek,
<br />husband and wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
<br />consideration received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto V. Keith Jardine and Pamela
<br />S. Jardine, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following

<br />at the Southwest corner of said Lot Six (6); thence northerly along and upon the West line of said Lot
<br />Six (6), a distance of Fifty-Three and Twenty-Two Hundredths (53.22) feet; thence northeasterly along
<br />and upon the westerly line of said Lot Six (6), a distance of Twenty Eight (28.0) feet; thence southeasterly
<br />a distance of Ninety-Four and Thirty-Three Hundredths (94.33) feet to a point on the South line of said
