<br />intersect the west line of the alley of Block 1 of the Fifth Addition to the said Town of Cairo, according to the
<br />recorded plat thereof; thence north in said last mentioned line 50 feet; thence west 140 feet to the place of
<br />beginning, in Hall County, Nebraska, and the 2 feet conveyed by deed recorded in Book 121 of Deeds, Page
<br />453; AND
<br />Lot One (1), Block Four (4), First Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County Nebraska
