<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RANDALL S MENDYK AND CAROL RENEE
<br />MENDYK, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal
<br />Savings Bank of Grand Island, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated JULY 31. 2004 and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200407734 , has been
<br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
