<br />Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, Big B, Inc., a Nebraska corporation; Little
<br />B's Corp., a Nebraska corporation; T & E Cattle Company, a Nebraska corporation; and Thomas
<br />S. Baxter, also known as Tom Baxter, and Thomas Baxter, and Elizabeth L. Baxter, also known
<br />as Elizabeth Lea Baxter, husband and wife, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by
<br />Deed of Trust dated June 22, 2004, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on June 23,2004, as Document 0200406259 , of the
<br />records in said office conveyed to Bruce 1. Smith, as Trustee, certain property in trust to secure
<br />the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein;

<br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been partially paid and the purposes of said trust have been
<br />partially satisfied.
<br />
<br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of
<br />Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further consideration of the sum of- - TEN- -
<br />Dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, 1, as the Trustee, do
<br />hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate and
<br />unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and
<br />interest which 1, as such Trustee, have in and to only the following portion of the property, set
<br />forth and described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust to wit:
