<br />Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, Big B, Inc., a Nebraska corporation; Little
<br />B's Corp., a Nebraska corporation; T & E Cattle Company, a Nebraska corporation; and Thomas
<br />S. Baxter, also known as Tom Baxter, and Thomas Baxter, and Elizabeth L. Baxter, also known
<br />as Elizabeth Lea Baxter, husband and wife, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by
<br />Deed of Trust dated June 22, 2004, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on June 23,2004, as Document 0200406259 , of the
<br />records in said office conveyed to Bruce 1. Smith, as Trustee, certain property in trust to secure
<br />the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein;
<br />
<br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been partially paid and the purposes of said trust have been
<br />partially satisfied.
<br />
<br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of
<br />Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further consideration of the sum of- - TEN- -
<br />Dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, 1, as the Trustee, do
<br />hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate and
<br />unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and
<br />interest which 1, as such Trustee, have in and to only the following portion of the property, set
<br />forth and described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust to wit:

<br />Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), part ofthe Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), and a part of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW1/4), all being in Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven
<br />(11) West ofthe 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeast comer of said Northeast Quarter (NE1I4); thence running southerly
<br />along and upon the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), a distance of Two Thousand Six
<br />Hundred Fifty Three and Eight Tenths (2,653.80) feet to the northeast comer of said Southeast
<br />Quarter (SEI/4); thence deflecting left 00005'12" and running southerly, along and upon the east
<br />line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), a distance of Five Hundred Ninety Two and Fifty One
<br />Hundredths (592.51) feet; thence deflecting right 89055'48" and running westerly, a distance of
<br />Three Thousand Two Hundred Eighteen and Ninety Seven Hundredths (3,218.97) feet; thence
<br />deflecting right 90004'47" and running northerly, a distance of Three Thousand Two Hundred
<br />Sixty Eight and Eighty Five Hundredths (3,268.85) feet to a point on the north line of said
<br />Northwest Quarter (NWI/4); thence deflecting right 90019'JO" and running easterly, along and
<br />upon the north line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), a distance of Five Hundred Eighty Eight
<br />and Ninety Six Hundredths (588.96) feet to the northwest comer of said Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1/4); thence deflecting right 00"00'00" and running easterly, along and upon the north line of
<br />said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Two Thousand Six Hundred Thirty
<br />Three and Fifty Four Hundredths (2,633.54) feet to the point of beginning, AND
