Baxter, also known as Tom Baxter, and Thomas Baxter, and Elizabeth L. Baxter, also known <br />as Elizabeth Lea Baxter, husband and wife, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by <br />Deed of Trust dated June 22, 2004, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on June 23,2004, as Document 0200406259 , of the <br />records in said office conveyed to Bruce 1.
