<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Arturo Valdez aud
<br />Itachelle R. Valdez, as Trustor, to William A. Francis, Trustee, for the benefit of Leo C. Liske and
<br />-Maxine M. Liske, as Beneficiary, dated August 23, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200311345 has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below.
