<br />200705368 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />Description of Access and Scope of Work <br /> <br />1. The right to access and engage in construction activities involving Cargill's grain <br />handling facility in the City of Wood River, Hall County, State of Nebraska, including <br />improvements to the existing grain handling facility as provided in the Lease, and the <br />related rights of ingress and egress over the Premises by Pioneer Trail personnel and its <br />subcontractors. <br /> <br />2. The right to access the trackage and land adjacent thereto owned by Cargill in the <br />City of Wood River, Hall County, State of Nebraska and the trackage and land adjacent <br />thereto leased by Cargill from Union Pacific Railroad (as identified in the Lease) <br />(collectively "Trackage") and, to engage in construction activities involving the <br />Trackage, including upgrades in accordance with the rail design as provide in the Lease <br />and, the related rights of ingress and egress over the Premises by Pioneer Trail personnel <br />and its subcontractors. <br /> <br />3. The right to access the Premises and engage in the fabrication and construction of <br />a day tank and other construction related activities on the Premises, and the related rights <br />of ingress and egress over the Premises by Pioneer Trail personnel and its subcontractors. <br /> <br />4. The use of the storage building and property adjacent thereto located on the <br />northeast portion of the Premises to be leased to Pioneer Trail under the Lease, the related <br />rights of ingress and egress over the Premises to the storage building and adjacent <br />property by Pioneer Trail personnel and its subcontractors using such transportation as is <br />necessary for storage and the right to engage in fabrication and other construction related <br />activities on the adjacent property. <br />
