<br />WILLIAM H. BARGE, a single man, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER GOOD AND
<br />V ALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain,
<br />sell, convey and confirm unto WENDY L. WILLMAN, a single woman, Grantee, the
