Alberts, husband and wife, by Jay B. Judds, Successor Trustee and <br />Attorney for Gary E. Shovlain, Beneficiary and said party has requested that this Notice of Default be released and/or <br />withdrawn. <br />WHEREAS, Jeny Alberts and Geraldine K.
