<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated June 28, 2002, executed by Delores D. Denning, A Married Person,
<br />Formerly Known as Delores D. McCoy and Loren R. Denning, Her Husband, Trustor, in which
<br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on July 5, 2002, recorded as Instrument
<br />No. 0200207082, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1), in Block Three (3) in Dale Roush Second Subdivision, situated in part of the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (EI/2 SWI/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska according to the recorded plat thereof
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 20th day of June, 2007.
