<br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED
<br />
<br />G. Doug Enevoldsen and Joan M. Enevoldsen, husband and wife, GRANTORS, for
<br />valuable consideration received from GRANTEES, conveys to GRANTEES

<br />Daniel R. Enevoldsen and Stephanie J. Enevoldsen, husband and wife,
<br />as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,

<br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />SUBJECT TO:
<br />1. Agreement for Protective Covenants and Restrictions to Meves First Addition,
<br />filed March 21, 1947 in the Deed office in Book V, Page 137,
<br />2. Covenants, conditions or restrictions, all easements or other servitudes, and all
<br />reservations, and all assessments, if any, disclosed by Plat and Dedication of Meves First
<br />Addition, dated September 4, 1946, at Book 89, Page 470.
<br />3. Setback of Forty (40) feet of said lot as shown and dedicated on the plat of
<br />Meves First Addition.

<br />GRANTORS covenants Uointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES that
<br />GRANTORS:
<br />
<br />1, are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;
<br />
<br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />
<br />3. warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
