<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trost executed by

<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated SEPTEMBER 17.2003 and recorded SEPTEMBER 23.
<br />2003 in DOCUMENT #0200312700. in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S
<br />OFFICE IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />NOW TIIEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />LOT TWO (2), BOWDEN SUBDMSION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
