<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Raymond J
<br />O'Connor and Jennifer S. O'Connor, Husband and Wife to EXCHANGE BANK,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated

<br />Number has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />Nine (9), Continental Gardens subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska (Except Part to the City of Grand island for Road Purposes)
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances
<br />belonging to such premises.
