Filipek, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 14, 2006 as Instrument <br />No. 0200607192, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />THE EASTERLY 31 FEET OF LOT 5 AND THE WESTERLY 17 FEET OF LOT 6, <br />BLOCK 8, H.G. CLARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said <br />Deed of Trust when due.
