<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Donald D English and Susan T English.
<br />Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Equitable Bank, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated 10/24/2006, and
<br />recorded in the office ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as document No. !tZ00609757,
<br />has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.

<br />Inconsideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitle thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
