<br />Known All Men bvThese Presents: THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by EUGENE L PERRY AND JANEEN M PERRY Trustor, to First American Title Insurance Company, as Trustee
<br />for the benefit of Wells Fargo Financial Bank F/K/A Dial Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 12
