Mehring and <br />Donald D. Mehring, wife and husband; Donald D, Mehring, Trustee of the Nancy A. Erwin <br />Trust; all hereinafter collectively referred to as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named <br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #96-107821, on the 3rd <br />day of October, 1996, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />A tract of land located within Lot One (1), Conestoga North Eleventh Subdivision in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as more particularly described on attached <br />Exhibit "A", <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Gran~ _1~I~rw~~ebraska, this 18th day of June 2007. <br />,,' q 0 \ N TS s."\~;', <br />.:. ~~.....~.o';;.~...'Af. ~t:Z'i...
