<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by, John J. Gillespie, an unmarried individual, as Trustor, to Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 7th day of February, 2007, recorded
<br />on the 7th day of February, 2007, as Instrument No. 200701020 at the Register of Deeds Office,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following~described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76~1001):
