<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by JACK L MILLARD AND CAROL M MILLARD. EACH IN HIS AND HER OWN RIGHT. AND AS
<br />SPOUSE OF EACH OTHER , as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, formerly known as,
<br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, formerly known as THE
<br />EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the
<br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated JULY 8. 1991 . and
<br />recorded JULY 8. 1991 , in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 91-104322 regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />execu ted by JACK L MILLARD AND CAROL M MILLARD. EACH IN HIS AND HER OWN RIGHT. AND AS
<br />SPOUSE OF EACH OTHER, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, formerly Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand
<br />Island, formerly known as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank, Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska as Beneficiary, dated JULY 8. 1991 , and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 91-104322 , has
<br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (NEl/4SEl/4)
<br />OF SECTION ELEVEN (11), IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M.,
<br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT AN IRON STAKE THAT IS 76 FEET SOUTH
<br />OF THE EAST QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 11; THENCE SOUTH 304 FEET ON THE EAST LINE OF
<br />SAID QUARTER SECTION TO AN IRON STAKE; THENCE WEST 90 DEGREES 00' 138 FEET TO AN IRON
<br />STAKE; THENCE NORTH 90 DEGREES 00' 268.4 FEET TO AN IRON STAKE IN THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF
<br />WAY OF A PUBLIC ROAD; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY 82.1 FEET TO AN IRON
<br />STAKE; THENCE EAST PERPENDICULAR TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID QUARTER SECTION 64 FEET TO AN
<br />IRON STAKE, WHICH IS THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
