<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Charles R Winkler and Doris L Winkler,
<br />Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Equitable Bank, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated 12/18/2006, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as document No. 0200607544,
<br />has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.

<br />THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 18, A DISTANCE OF 65 FEET, THENCE PROCEEDING IN A NORTHERLY
<br />DIRECTION PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOTS 16 AND 18 A DISTANCE OF 104 FEET TO
<br />A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF LOT16, THENCE PROCEEDING IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION
