<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />ROBERT R PRIESS AND LEONA D PRIESS. HI ISB A NO AND WTFF to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MAY 7. 2001 and recorded MAY 14.2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200104409 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />such premises:
