<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust and Security Agreement and
<br />Fixture Financing Statement With Assignment of Leases and Rents executed by EAGLE CREST
<br />HOMES, INC., a Nebraska corporation, ("Trustor"), to ROBERT GONDERINGER, a member of the
<br />Nebraska State Bar Association ("Trustee'), for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WELLS FARGO BUSINESS CREDIT, INC., a
<br />Minnesota corporation, as Beneficiary, dated as of September 30,2003 and recorded on October 2,
<br />2003, as Instrument (Serial) No. 0200313159, of the Official Records of Hall County, Nebraska, does
<br />hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty,
<br />all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said
<br />Deed of Trust and on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. This
<br />Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
