<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />PAUL A POLANSKY AND ANITA POLANSKY. HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />SEPTEMBER 2 L 2005 and recorded OCTOBER 11. 2005 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200510051 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
