<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November
<br />17, 2004, executed by ALFONSO ARVIZO and VIRGINIA M. ARVIZO,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustors, in which DOUGLAS C. FERGUSON and
<br />MARGARET M. FERGUSON, husband and wife, of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />are named as Beneficiaries, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />Deed was recorded on November 18, 2004, as Document No. 200411246
<br />of the records, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and
<br />
<br />M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />received from DOUGLAS C.

<br />estate described in the Deed

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br />FERGUSON and MARGARET M. FERGUSON
<br />written request to reconvey the real
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW1/4
<br />NWl/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-TWO (22), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11)
<br />NORTH, RANGE NINE ( 9 ) WEST OF THE 6TH P. M., IN HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, more particularly described as follows:

<br />Beginning at a point Forty Feet (40') East and Five Hundred
<br />Eighty-Two Feet (582') South of the Northwest corner of said
<br />Section 22, Township 11 North, Range 9 West, thence due East
<br />One Hundred Thirty-Two F;eet (132') parallel with the North
<br />line of said Section; thence due South parallel with the West
<br />line of said Section 22, Sixty-Six Feet (66'); thence due
<br />West parallel with the North line of said Section 22, One
<br />Hundred Thirty-Two Feet (132'); thence North and parallel
<br />with the West line of said Section 22, Sixty-Six Feet (66')
<br />to the point of beginning (said tract formerly being

<br />Island) excepting therefrom the Warranty Deed recorded at
<br />Book 164, Page 29, in the Office of the Register of Deeds,

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee,
<br />does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
