<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by, David V. Lofgreen a/k/a David Volney Lofgreen, an unmarried
<br />individual, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the
<br />4th day of August, 2004, recorded on the 13th day of August, 2004, as Instrument No.
<br />200408059 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defmed in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
