<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by David V
<br />Lofgreen DDS; an unmarried individual to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by
<br />merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated March 01,2002, and recorded March 18,2002 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument#0200202929, has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
