Phipps, Trustee of the L.C. Phipps <br />Revocable Living Trust, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration received from grantees, do hereby ~rant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Marvin R.
