<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Construction Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Gene R. Hoffman, a single person, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of June 1,2004, and recorded on June 2,
<br />2004, as Instrument No. 0200405472 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to
<br />the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Partial Reconveyance is executed at the
<br />request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
