<br />u.s. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment
<br />of Rents and Leases ('Deed of Trust") dated September 19, 2005, and filed October 17, 2005, as #0200510258, of the
<br />Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naniing John Bellamy and Borinil~ Bellamy asTr'ifsfor,-U.S:Bank Natronal
<br />Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full
<br />by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to
<br />said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
