<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />SCOIT D HART AND ANN M HART. HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of ROME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 14.2006
<br />and recorded MAY 8. 2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrwnent 200604058 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
