RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST PROPERTY <br />In consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust dated January S, <br />2001, by and between PATRICK RENTALS, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, as <br />Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. 200100106 in the Office of the Hall <br />County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, <br />BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the follow- <br />ing described real estate: <br />The Northerly Eighty -Six (86) Feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Ninety -Eight (98) in <br />Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />The Southerly Forty -Six (46) Feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Ninety -Eight (98) in <br />Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />Lots Five (S) and Six (6), in Block Ninety -Eight (98) in Railroad Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to PATRICK RENTALS, L.L.C., a <br />Nebraska limited liability company. <br />TNI T TESTIMONY WHERE OF, Bruce I.
