<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated July 19, 2002 and executed by Angeline C. McMahon, an unmarried person, as Trustor, ,.~
<br />in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200207657 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 24th day of July, 2002.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />The North Seventeen (17) Feet of Lot Twelve (12), and the South Forty-four (44) Feet of Lot
<br />Ten (10), in block Nineteen (19), in Scarffs Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 7111 day of June, 2007.
