<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Rosemary K. Kallos,
<br />Guardian/Conservator of the Estate of Nickie John Kallos, Sr., an Incapacitated person, and
<br />Nickie J. Kallos, Jr., a single person, as Trustor, to Gary D. Byrne, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Competitive Mortgage, Inc., as Beneficiary, dated April 21, 2006, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Instrument No. 200603605 has been partially paid, and
<br />the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confinned by its endorsement below.

<br />In consideration of such partial payment, and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and
<br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning
<br />at the Southwest corner of said Lot Three (3); thence running Easterly along and upon the
<br />Southerly line of said Lots Two (2) and Three (3), a distance of Ninety-eight and Nineteen
<br />Hundredths (98.19) feet to a point on the Westerly line of Plum Street; thence deflecting left
<br />121005' and running Northwesterly along and upon the Westerly line of Plum Street, a
<br />distance of Thirty-one and Twenty-four Hundredths (31.24) feet; thence continuing
<br />Northwesterly along and upon the arc of a circle whose radius is One Hundred Twenty-five
<br />(125.0) feet (also the Westerly line of Plum Street) a distance of Fourteen and One Tenth
<br />(14.1) feet; thence Westerly along and upon a line Thirty-eight and Nine Tenths (38.9) feet
<br />Northerly and parallel to the Southerly line of said Lots Two (2) and Three (3), a distance of
<br />Seventy-five and Seven Tenths (75.7) feet, to the West line ofsaid Lot Three (3); thence
<br />Southerly along and upon the Westerly line ofsaid Lot Three (3), a distance of Thirty-eight
<br />and Nine Tenths (38.9) feet to the place of beginning.
