<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />'Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,
<br />Neb~aska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby
<br />grants and conveys to DEUTSCHE BANK NATI ONAlJ TRUST CCMPANY AS
<br />TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1,

<br />CA 95660, Grantee, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or
<br />implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot 5, Block 10, in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated February 9, 2005, and recorded on February
<br />16, 2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200501353 wherein wilbert H. Kummetz, a
<br />single person is named Trustor; and Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First American
<br />Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor grunted
<br />and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />
<br />property ab0ve described to secure, G~o~g other obligations,

<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $44,000.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof;
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
