<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That I, Brent W. Keenportz, spouse of Tracy Keenportz, have made constituted and
<br />appointed and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint Tracy Keenportz, my true
<br />and lawful attorney for me and in my name place and stead, and on my behalf, to do and
<br />execute all or any of the following acts, deeds and things, with respect to the following
<br />described real estate:

<br />1. To pay debts, payments and property. To pay and disburse all sums of
<br />money, debts, dues, goods, wares, merchandise, chattels, effects, and things of whatsoever
<br />nature or description which now are or hereafter shall be or become due, owing, payable or
<br />belonging to me in or by any right, title, ways or means howsoever to acquire the above
<br />described real estate, and upon receipt thereof, or of any part thereof, to make, sign, execute
<br />and deliver such promissory notes, mortgages, deeds of trust or other forms of encumbrance
<br />upon the above described real estate for the same respectively as my said attorney shall deem
<br />advisable.
<br />2. To settle accounts. To settle any account, closing statement or reckoning
<br />whatsoever wherein I now am or at any time hereafter shall be in any wise interested or
<br />concerned with any person whomsoever, and to payor receive the balance thereof as the case
<br />may require.
<br />3. To sell or exchange real or personal estate. To purchase, either at public or
<br />private sale, or exchange any part or parts of the above-described real estate for such
<br />consideration, payable immediately or upon such terms as my attorney shall think fit, and to
<br />execute and deliver such promissory notes, mortgages or deeds of trust, or other instruments to
<br />encumber the same, without restriction, as my attorney shall see fit.
<br />4. To deposit moneys, withdraw, invest, and otherwise deal with tangible
<br />property. To deposit any moneys which may come to her hands as such attorney with any
<br />bank or banker in my name.
<br />5. To execute mortgages, deeds of trust, bills, notes, and similar Instruments.
