<br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that The Nature Conservancy, a non-profit corporation of the /2, So
<br />District of Columbia, in accordance with Nebraska Statutes Section 76-288 et seq., hereby files
<br />this notice in order to preserve its claim of interest in land.

<br />The Nature Conservancy acquired a Conservation Easement granted on September 23,
<br />1982, accepted by The Nature Conservancy October 21, 1982, and recorded December 29, 1983
<br />as Document Number 83-006784 in the Hall County, Nebraska Recorder's Office, over certain
<br />real property located in Hall County, Nebraska described as follows:
